- Giám sát công trình
- Organize, supervise, inspect, and accept daily construction volume at the construction site.
- Control the quality of incoming materials, ensuring correct type and specifications according to design.
- Giám sát tiến độ thi công của các nhà thầu phụ và đội ngũ công nhân, đảm bảo đúng kế hoạch được giao.
- Phát hiện và xử lý kịp thời các vấn đề phát sinh liên quan đến kỹ thuật, an toàn lao động trong quá trình thi công.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly work reports for the Site Manager.
Requirements
- Graduated from College or University majoring in Civil and Industrial Construction, or Civil Engineering.
- Có ít nhất 1-2 năm kinh nghiệm ở vị trí tương đương, ứng viên mới ra trường có năng lực tốt cũng được xem xét.
- Proficient in reading engineering drawings and understanding construction processes.
- Ability to work independently, withstand high work pressure, and be ready to work at construction sites.
