- Take comprehensive responsibility for quality, schedule, labor safety, and cost of assigned projects.
- Develop overall schedule plans and coordinate resources (personnel, materials, equipment) to ensure timely completion.
- Organize briefing meetings, resolving disputes between construction teams, and between clients and subcontractors.
- Preside over acceptance testing, handover of works, and contract finalization.
- Formulate and manage project budget and cash flow.
Requirements
- Tốt nghiệp Đại học chuyên ngành Xây dựng, Kỹ thuật công trình.
- At least 5 years of experience, including 3 years in management (Lead Supervisor, Site Manager) of similar projects.
- Possession of a construction supervision practice certificate is an advantage.
- Excellent leadership, team management, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
