Vitalify Accelerates Digital Transformation in the Construction Industry

LÊ TÙNG CONSTRUCTION’S PERSPECTIVE

Digital transformation in the construction industry is no longer a distant trend but has become a vital tool to enhance competitiveness and ensure superior project quality. Vitalify’s push for digitized technology solutions in project management is completely in sync with Lê Tùng Construction’s core motto: Applying modern digital technology to realize complex technical drawings into 100% accurate real-world constructions.

In early February, Vitalify Asia announced the launch of activities to promote digital transformation in Vietnam’s construction sector, aiming to research the commercial viability of productizing software and SaaS services. Additionally, the company will apply Japanese construction management technology to the domestic market.

In April 2025, software development company Vitalify Asia became a subsidiary of Kensetsu System (Kentem), a specialist in providing ICT solutions for the construction industry, particularly construction management software with a top market share in Japan, according to the company’s announcement. Vitalify Asia notes that Vietnam is undergoing strong infrastructure development; specifically, in December 2025, the groundbreaking of 234 key national projects with an investment of up to 3.4 million billion VND was announced. The Vietnamese construction market is also projected to continue rapid expansion in the coming years.

Digital Transformation – The Key to Boosting Construction Industry Productivity

According to Vitalify Asia, as projects expand in scale, the demands for progress management, quality control, and on-site safety assurance are becoming increasingly stringent. “Traditional management methods are gradually revealing limitations in effectiveness and transparency. We believe that applying Japanese construction management models and digital transformation experience will help the Vietnamese market address these issues, thereby enhancing infrastructure quality and the operational efficiency of construction businesses,” stated a Vitalify Asia representative.

Accordingly, the company’s surveys will focus on areas such as: real-time cloud-based progress sharing and management; remote site management via images and videos; optimized resource allocation for labor and machinery; AR application for sharing completed project images; and e-learning implementation for safety training and construction knowledge.

Applying BIM Technology and Digitalizing Project Management Processes

The above solutions are expected to help construction companies digitalize management processes, enhance coordination among stakeholders, reduce operating costs, and minimize construction errors. Concurrently, standardizing training and raising occupational safety awareness will contribute to building a safer and more sustainable working environment on construction sites.

Over the next three months, Vitalify Asia will conduct a market survey program in Vietnam and gather feedback from businesses in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Based on these results, the company will determine the roadmap for developing new products for the Vietnamese market in 2026, while also conducting direct on-site trials to prove effectiveness before widespread implementation.
