Job Description
- Kỹ sư MEP
- Thiết kế, triển khai bản vẽ thi công hệ thống Cơ điện (MEP) cho công trình: HVAC (điều hòa, thông gió), điện động lực, chiếu sáng, cấp thoát nước, PCCC.
- Supervise the installation and connection of MEP equipment, ensuring compliance with drawings and standards.
- Coordinate with architectural and structural teams to resolve spatial clashes in systems layout.
- Prepare calculations for heat loads, water flow rates, and air conditioning requirements.
- Inspect, commission, and hand over MEP systems to the client.
Requirements
- Graduated from University majoring in Electrical/Mechanical/Plumbing engineering or related majors.
- At least 2 years of experience in MEP design or supervision.
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, and specialized load-calculation software.
- Deep understanding of design standards such as IEC, NEC, ASHRAE.
